1. Select an area

First, select a scrollable area as shown in the figure below. Make sure the selected area does not include windows, buttons, scroller, scrollview or other elements that may change.

2. Slowly scroll down the content

Once you have selected the scroll area, use your mouse wheel or trackpad to slowly scroll downward as shown in the figure below. If you scroll too fast, the results may be inappropriate.

3. Please make sure not to include the line at the beginning of the capture.

Please ensure that a thin line is not included at the beginning of the scrolling capture. If the line is included, the image may not be generated correctly during the scrolling capture.

4. For web pages, do not include the navigation area in the capture region

As shown in the figure below, we strongly recommend that you do not include the navigation area when performing a scrolling capture of a web page.

Please check the following conditions carefully as they may also cause problems when performing scrolling capture:

• When selected area contains animations or videos.
